2014 Image League Final

A tightly fought final was eventually won by Eastwood Photographic Society. After the first 15 images from all 5 competing clubs resulted in a tie for first place between Carluke & Eastwood on 271 points. The decision was then based on the top five images from each of the tied clubs, Carluke's top five images all scored 19 points whilst Eastwood scored two 20's, two 19's and an 18 meaning the slenderest of victories to Eastwood. Well done to all those who made the final. The judge Mike Blair from Ayr Photographic society was very impressed by the high standards of all clubs entries. The scoring was very tight until the second from last series of images. An elated Ken Wilkie from Eastwood was magnanimous in victory praising the hard fought and tense scoring right up until the end.
